These terms govern use of the TechStar productivity suite, including documents, spreadsheets, presentations, mail, and the built-in AI assistant.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use TechStar for legitimate productivity work. You may not abuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use TechStar to distribute unlawful or harmful material.

2. Your Account

Signing in enables account-backed features such as cloud-saved documents and AI conversation history. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

3. Your Content

You remain responsible for the documents, spreadsheets, mail drafts, presentations, prompts, and other content you create, upload, or share through TechStar. Your content stays yours — these terms do not give us ownership of it.

4. AI Assistance

AI-generated content can be inaccurate. Review AI output before relying on it, especially for financial, legal, or other important work. Third-party AI and infrastructure services may fail independently of TechStar and can affect related features.

5. Availability

TechStar is provided on an as-available basis. Features, layouts, and integrations may change over time, and some tools may behave differently on computer, tablet, and mobile layouts.

6. Privacy

Use of TechStar is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
